So there's a place for Lee Waters at last! And him stewing in Sustrans, having achieved the most successful cycling track roll-out in Europe (not)! Ideal for promotion, I'd say.
If only sleazy Lembit Opik would go. He'll lose his seat in any case, but I can't bear to wait that long......
